In Donmez Hukuk ,one of our main practice area is Consumer Rights Law.

• We represent our clients engaged in banking and finance with respect to the general applications of Turkish Consumer Rights Law , by providing them consulting services and conducting the litigation work.
• Communication and working in parallel with district attorneys during their working periods for our clients’ legal processes in Turkey.
• Also realizing ordinary/extraordinary general assembly meetings of the companies incorporated in Turkey, preparing/drafting all necessary documentations of those meetings.
• Preparing legal opinions ,memorandums and assistance in specific matters.
